Bought a set of front light guards from Masai recently. Good product, well built, reasonably priced and quick to ship.

Tried to buy a set of tree sliders from Masai. Was promised delivery within ten days - no show. Phone call to them came up with 'we have been let down by our suppliers' and a new delivery date. Again, no show. They then took the money out of my bank (after promising not to, until delivery). Had this refunded, with an apology, straight away. The promise of a delivery date and failure to meet it went on another three or four times - I had to chase them each time.
Finally, frustrated, cancelled the order and went elsewhere (got Terrafirma in the end) with a promise from Masai that they would be in touch when the 'sliders were available - still waiting, four months later 
Pity, because I though they looked pretty good. Tony |
