You need a LED indicator relay https://boltonbits.co.uk/rdx-4-pin-flasher-relay.html
All will be revealed when you read the Product Description |

Thank you for that, I will get that if I need to but if I swap the relays over between the one with standard and the LED that should work shouldn’t it?

yes if your old car worked fine then in theory that has had a different relay fitted so swapping to the new one will solve
BUT it may have had a wiring 'work-around' like adding an extra halogen bulb in-line if you never did the work originally |

The relay swap should work ok, and you will see if you have a non standardised relay when you compare the two. Most of the led relays are adjustable so you may need to fiddle a little.
