Under bonnet NS brake pipe
Hi
I need to change the master cylinder to NS wheel brake pipe.

Presuming buying a kit and making one is the way to go?

Any recommendations welcome.

When I started needing brake pipes I started getting the stainless ones from pioneer, and eventually ended up replacing all of them with the same including the flexi hoses. Best thing I ever did. -------------

I would doubt that stainless pipes would be legal, and I imagine that it would be incredibly difficult to flare them. I am not aware that Pioneer supply stainless hard lines and wonder if the OP is meaning stainless braided hoses (completely legal) rather than pipes.

The best material IMO for replacement pipes continues to be copper/nickel alloy, Kunifer being the best-known example.

A person here bought what he thought was a Kunifer pipe set only to find they rusted badly and were in fact some fake product. So make sure you buy from a reputable supplier (not ebay) at least so you have recall.

Or if you feel creative buy a coil of Kunifer, fittings and a flare tool and do it yourself. Can be satisfying.

Indeed, stainless braided. Same as the flex hoses but replacing the entire system with the same. -------------
