2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Santorini Black
Puma 2015 110 XS Location of Front Screen Washer NRV
I have a poorly performing front windscreen washer and have cleaned the nozzles out but to no avail. I suspect the infamous NRV to be the culprit. Can anyone point me to its location please? I have traced the pipes from the washer bottle to the front bulkhead and all I can see are 2 in-line joints (one for front and one for the rear). No obvious NRV. Am I looking in the right place or is the front NRV behind the dash?
Thanks in advance for your help

These are the ‘in-line connectors’ between the reservoir and the bulkhead. Haven’t discovered which line is front and which is rear yet!

Check https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50670...p;start=60 and start with page #4.

Your picture show the NRVs. I would start cleaning them and see if it makes a difference.

It's also possible that someone twisted the washer to paint the windscreen frame or to pull it tight. When it's turned the wrong way in return, the hose is bended and don't let water through. You can see it if you remove the radio and check the hose. Ask why I know it....
Best regards

Many thanks for the reply quick responses. I had a closer look at the reference above and did notice a similar connector. did wonder what the ‘in line connectors’ were. I have a replacement NRV p/n AMR6676 (photo below) so was looking for something that looked like that! I will remove the NRVs and clean them and replace the front with my new part.

Update: Black NRV was front washer and now replaced with AMR6676. Front washer system now working as it should be. Job done. Thanks again for your help
