If you are putting in a new Bulkhead to windscreen frame seal they can be a challenge but certainly not impossible - best done with two people so one can push down whilst the other gets the bolts through. If you are not changing this seal then it shouldn't be a problem.
I am just about to put on the new Tredz that Empire tuning do as they look good as well as help to get up onto the roof rack, instead of treading on and scratching up the wings. Defender 130 HCPU TD5 |

I have replaced or refurbished mine on several occasions without problem.
Do one side at a time and do not move the car when a block is off to avoid torsion. I also found that spraying copious amounts of Dinitrol clear into the holes in the bulkhead and blocks, and onto the seals extended the life of the OEM blocks. |

Sounds like if the seal has bed in it should be ok. New gaskets with some flex sealant for added measure and a good dose of rust preventer. Thanks guys
