Just found these. Not sure if they would go into dash aperture though?

Given the previous owner has butchered the dash you’re probably going to have to buy one of those switch blanks and cut it up in order to leave just the switch aperture which can be glued on to the back face or your fascia. Getting the depth correct will be a case of trial and error but not impossible and a good epoxy glue will provide enough strength. JB Weld is my go to adhesive for heavy duty jobs.
