ET0 wolfs have arrived
just waiting for the right moment to order X5 255/85/16 BFG KM3 or KO2 tyres ive not decided which yet. I decided to add a mesh zunsport style grille to replace the original standard grille and found my radiator was bulging badly down the bottom and was wet with coolant so ive ordered a new radiator! and I figured I may as well do the air intake and air box mod to this while its apart! as well as perhaps finding a allisport full width intercooler to put in front of the new radiator!

I will put a pic up once the new tyres arrive!
Spent a spare couple hours taking the old rad out and got the new one in, just got to finish installing the new intercooler, put the slam panel back in and refill/bleed the coolant system and hopefully jobs a good un! Shes now back on the road and running well although while working on it, I noticed the top of the engine was wet so it looks like I need to do the injector washers! 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

I have a really good parts supplier close by called Bearbones 4x4 they generally have all the bits in stock and I have a trade account so get a good discount plus vat back 
I have decided that after my workshop is erected end of the month, I am going to replace the engine and gearbox for a Mercedes OM648 3.2 CDI engine with a 8HP70X 8 speed auto box. should have plenty of low down torque and power plus reasonable economy as a bonus lol  2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

Shes coming along nicely
Air con grille surround fitted with black mesh grille LOF HD 1 peice rear drive shafts and flange fitted to back axle as mine were about to fail! no more clunking on taking up drive! Also fitted new genuine injector washers kit as my injectors were leaking badly, definite improvance in tick over and performance! will get these refurbed at some stage but are fine for now. The biggest change is the New ETO offset wolfs and 255/85/16 BFG KM3 Muds, which I think sets the 110 off a beaut! Wolfs cost £140 BFGs cost £1000 fitted and balanced and put on car. much cheaper than anyone online going to my local tyre place. Next stage I think is to rebush the suspension as theres some play under there. maybe source some Fox racing shocks while Im under there and also do the air intake/air box mod then full size intercooler and remap it Then once its all good mechanically im gonna rub the chassis and axles and underseal it replace the rear cross member as thats gone plus change the rear tub for a new one as its got more holes than a colander lol, I have a new tub sitting here ready to go on. good things can be got cheap if you are willing to wait and look on Facebook market place! They are indeed ETO and I am super happy with these and the 255/85/16 KM3 look asolutely fantastic and the stance is perfect on standard suspension and I can wind in the lockstops a little touch more to boot!

I have done 10k largely trouble free miles in it since I bought it early April ! so thats only 4 months wow! im a busy guy lol. so looks like ill be doing 30-35k a year in it whoops
I have managed to find a genuine warn winch remote for free and plugged it into the winch over the weekend and it only works perfectly! so I now have a winch I can use as it didnt come with a remote when I bought it. It is now well overdue a service and has quite a few niggles that need sorting out such as heater only works on 3 and also only blows warm, door handles are broken on middle row doors, steering has some play! But luckily my mate will service it for me while im away on hols as im too busy to have it taken off the road. It has bigger jobs to sort as well but budget is a factor so it might have to be a slow burn bulkhead has a hole so needs a repair or a galv replacement rear crossmember is pretty much shot so a new one required. I have bought a 2nd TDCI tub a while back so ive got to decide wether to use bits off it to repair my existing one or do a complete tub swap and get it painted to match.
