Aftermarket TD5/TDCI dash switches
Does anyone know of a decent TD5/TDCI aftermarket switch or a switch cap that will fit onto a genuine switch.
I've tried one from a leading aftermarket supplier but it's not satisfactory, very dim back-light and permanent on light showing.
You get what you pay for I suppose.

Specifically I'm looking for a heated mirrors switch or switch cap.

What about Mudstuff? From what I have had of their products, the quality has been good. They do genuine and aftermarket switches. BORG - Bucks & Oxon 4x4 Response Group

I have the Britpart heated mirror switch and it’s bang on. WARNING.

I have the mud stuff ones , haven’t tried them yet though. Before you could get them I have free handed them out of a blanking cap and a dremel.

These switch caps fit the genuine switch bodies Mo

As you know the mudstuff switches are poor quality. The genuine LR one is the only type I have found satisfactory, and aren’t too expensive.

Ah bravo James ! I wonder why my search didn't find those ! They're perfect, I can use genuine switches with them 😀👍

I suspected as much Paul, Masai seem to be the last retailer with decent stock left.
