Have seen a couple of posts about the above on Youtube / Instagram.
General consensus is they appear well made. Does anyone have experience with them? How do they hold up to our winters / gritted roads? I was thinking about buying these: https://stediuk.com/products/stedi-7-inch-homage-led-headlight https://stediuk.com/collections/led-lightb...le-row-bar 2011 CSW XS 90 |

Hi shanecl
Sorry for reviving an old thread, but just wondering how you got on with the stedi homage lights? I’m looking for an LED reflector style headlight and at the min it’s between stedi and truck-lite. Also considered an RDX pair from Bolt on bits, but haven’t heard much about them. https://boltonbits.co.uk/pair-of-rdx-led-7-rhd-headlights.html Cheers |

I have Stedi lights on my motorcycles and had their products on my 2011D4 Disco. Top quality gear and great customer service. No hesitation at all to buy from them again.

I Have 6 type X lights on my disco 3 and although the light spread and throw was excellent, i was not that impressed with the quality. It only took a few weeks for the paint around the fixings on the ali rings to start flaking off.
I always say this when people ask now but after have chinese ebay lights, then LTPRTZ/Osram and stedi, i would now only ever go for Lazer lights - i have had some utility lights and a triple r 1000 on 3 vehicles now/over 4 years old and when washed, they still come up like new and their performance is unrivaled. Well, finally got round to fitting these. Just in time for the long summer days
I think they looks good and from a quick test they appear much better than the standard (ish) halogens that they replaced. I prefer the cooler white light. Click image to enlarge Will try and follow up with some night time pics if I can capture some. |
