Tires are rubbing, I need help!

Good afternoon,

I have a 110 defender 2022 (US specs) with 20’ original rims fitted on, and I bought used 5 rims 22’ (the owner claimed that they are original) so I bought them online and received them 3 days ago. I went to the tires store and bought 285/45/22 wheels. After having them installed I noticed noisy sound coming from the wheels and then found out that the front 2 wheels are rubbing so I immediately went back to the tires store and the guy was nice so he agreed to change the wheels with low fees to 275/45/22 as it was recommended by Landrover and it would help fixing the problem. After installing them, the same problem happen. The wheels are rubbing and I really got upset as I don’t know if the rims aren’t original and they’re wide! Or because my car is from the US? The car is parked now for 1 day and not sure what to do.

I would appreciate it If you could suggest solutions to me, and tell me if robbed and the rims aren’t original?

Thank you Crying or Very sad
