The only part in your photos which I would consider to be part of the seat assembly is the bracket in you first photo. That will not be present in a vehicle which doesn't have seats and serves not purpose other than to support the seat.
The seat belt bracket in the second photo I am not sure about. My vehicle is a DC (not an SW) and does not have this, since the cab structure is different. It probably is a part that is only fitted if seats are fitted, in which case you could take it out and sell it with the seat, but I cannot be sure. Personally I would leave it where it is and the the buyer of the seat source it elsewhere if necessary (it might be useful as a tie-down/up point mounting, cargoe/dog barrier mounting). The black thingy in the bottom photo again may be part of the seat installation, but again my DC doesn't have this. It is not necessary for the mounting of the seat, and again I would leave it where it is. Hope this helps. |

The bottom pic is just a cover plate. Not needed for the seat or seat operation. Keep it and it will keep the back looking neater

For the sealt belts the new owner will also need that bracket from underneath
