Update, took off inlet manifold clean as a bell, I’ve replaced all sensors with genuine also new EGR valve. I’m Still getting EML light but it happens in cycles if when I start it EML is not on it runs sluggish then after a few miles EML comes on and limp mode. If I flick the ignition on and off limp mode goes away and truck goes like a rocket as long as the EML light is on so after the 4th restart the EML light goes out and the process starts again. I’m flummoxed

Does it have DPF? If so, I’d take a look at that.

Lube your turbo actuator pivots as well, and check the vanes are free manually, it’s pretty much free to check it out.

Hi
Had the Dpf cleaned but It could still be affecting air flow as I’ve read cleaning is a temporary fix, turbo was a new Garrett last August.

your dpf will have a differential pressure sensor fitted..I personally don't know what way to test that but if its working correctly it would flag a fault on the dpf if it was blocked or restricted..
you faults are still related to your mass air flow meter I assuming with a code that indicates low air flow... im always banging on about it but it would be good to have that checked with a scope to see what its actually outputting... I could give you the expected good value off mine, but I have a few tweaks that would most probably make it a little different, so ideally you could do with your own comparison when running well and when in fault condition..
thats where I think id be starting anyway...but your intermittent issue may well boil down to dodgy earth on the sensor..
