Whilst rooting around the engine bay on 'other matters', I came across the following selection of connectors and wiring stuffed under the driver's side wing. Does anyone know what they are all for? Should the connectors be connected to anything? Are they LR surplus? Previous owner have some mighty lighting rig etc? Any ideas?

The standard loom contains connectors for buttons etc that are maybe not fitted on your car, like adjustable headlights, alarm, speakers, etc.
I find the easiest way to identify a connector is to look at the wire colours and find it back at https://www.lrworkshop.com/ |

Most of them are Wabco ABS system connectors.
Looks like you have an ABS equipped bulkhead loom but no ABS fitted? You'll have 3 unused connectors under the RH seat as well, near the fuse box under there. The black with 2 wires would be the condensor fan connector I believe, wire colours should be BLACK and BLACK/BROWN. I assume you don't have air con (although from photos you have an AC nose)? 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top 2015 D90 XS SW |
