Nice! Congrats. I'm sure the 90 was fun (it's a stunner), but the 110 is going to give you a lot more flexibility. Can't wait to see it packed with two bikes and a fricking boat!
So don't be shy..let's see the spec sheet! |

l've specced it the same as my 90.
Tasman Blue Front fog lamps Detachable tow ball Cold climate kit Centre console Can't afford any more extras, test drove the air suspension version and there wasn't much difference in day to day driving, so not bothering with that. They are fricken pricey nowadays. For what was originally a £55k car in 2021, the new configurator is showing £75k. The Disco, in similar configuration (actually adding rear diff/offroad pack) is almost £10k cheaper...2 |

My Defender 110 Commercial order came to £62,000 including £4,000 of options.
My Defender 90 Commercial was £55,000 which included £4,000 of options. The saloon versions start from £57,000 and £62,000. The "lead in" models are very well equipped and are realistically all you'd need. Many people specify the various off road packs and never venture any further off road than a field at the local horse show. The standard vehicle will be good enough for 99% of owners. Although l've driven off road l've never exceeded the ability of mine and it's on coil springs with no extras at all. |

When I ordered my first 90 it was £45k including options, then covid hit the 90 was delayed until 21MY where it gained the 6 cylinder but a £3k price hike. Now unless I take petrol the cheapest is the HSE D250 at £61k. Price hikes are the only thing that’s remained constant in the Defender range 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue |

True enough.
When l ordered my 90 Commercial it was £47,000 including options. Then JLR dropped the D200 and l had to change my order to the D250....and extra £3,000 for some different software. Then the price increased £4,000. The email from the dealer basically said "take it or leave it" So l could pay the extra or have my £1,000 deposit back. Gone are the days of honouring the price when l signed the order. Although lneos did to their credit honour the price people signed at, despite the £14,000 price rise on that vehicle. |

I got lucky and my D200 order got upgraded to a 6-cylinder and the price actually dropped compared to the same model with the 4-cylinder engine. I added a few more toys to compensate.
The idea of spending £60-70k or more on one is just mad, they are just not worth it. I see ones listed for double what mine cost and it’s not double the vehicle - and they are missing bits that my base model has. |

lf you are in business and buy the Commercial version at (say) £60,000 you can reclaim the VAT and tax.
That can take the price down to well under £40,000. So long as you don't sell it. Sadly l am not VAT registered but l still got a £14,000 tax rebate on the price, making my £55,000 90 Commercial just over £40,000 |
