[For Sale] Off Topic Hornby Train Set

Hi, hopefully it's ok to add this on here, due to an imminent house move
I have a NOS Hornby R1060 Coming Home Set that has never been removed from the cardboard sleeve it arrived in ( until this morning ) I have owned this since August 2005 I can find no other set for sale currently in the U.K. with the last set having sold for £240.
I would like £175 inc delivery to a U.K. address if sold on here a donation will be made to the forum

The only set that I can find is £10 more plus delivery and with a ripped box. Bargain!!!
