Manchester - Salford - ULEZ/LEZ

I have to do a trip up to Salford in a few weeks' time, can anyone confirm whether there are any emissions related shenanigans I should be aware of?

I am pretty sure there is not a LEZ/ULEZ there but who better to ask than a local

As above.

The new scheme is likely to be incentive led, without an actual charge zone. But even that is nowhere near being implemented.
