20" Pirelli Scorpion Zero - Tyre Pressure recommendatio

What are the typical tyre pressures being run, Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter, by those with the 20" Pirelli Scorpions fitted? Just checked my wife's car and they seem high cold, albeit that was how the car left the dealer.

Vehicle use is light load, with driver / driver+passenger only.

Driving with max 3 passengers incl driver on board i have 2.5 bars on the front axle and 2.7 bars on the rear axle. This is roughly 0.2 bars more than the recommendation plate says.
