1997 Defender 90 300 tdi Soft Top ( Coversion )
Part finished project ready for someone else to finish The 90 was previously sold but buyer failed to collect, also previously advertised with Blindo Wheels. The Blindo wheels have been removed and sold separately, the 90 now has Boost Alloys fitted the price has been adjusted accordingly. Converted to a soft top around 7months ago, the engine at some point has been swapped out for a Discovery 300 Tdi all numbers (Vin + Engine) match V5. Paint is average to good in some places and below average in others, the best paint which is new is the rear end which has had a new tailgate, new rear quarter panels, new light cappiings and a new Galvanised Rear Crossmember plus galvanised fixings and fixtures. The two doors really need replacing so included in the sale are two brand new still in the box Series/Defender Galvanised Split Door Conversion Kit from SP Panels The Chassis has been welded in places to a high standard by SS 4x4 Performance in Baston so should be good for many years. Appreciate the 90 is not to everyone taste, it has been stripped out bare ready for someone else to put their stamp on it. A good winter project to it get ready for next summer.
