With the 2.4 and an obdlink mx+ I’m pretty sure you can use the forscan app to do injector coding / pilot learn. It does not work on the 2.2.
Forscan is for fords but the Puma 2.4 is a ford engine, therefore many features still work. The 2.2 is also a ford engine. However the ECU software has more modifications by LR than the 2.4 ECU, hence forescan can’t do ford specific functions like injector coding For full diagnostics, inc alarm configs etc you will need a Nanocom or Gap Diagnostics IIDTool. Wheel / tire sizes are stored in the IPAC ( Instrument cluster) so I don’t think forescan an do that as it's LR specific. But the Nanocom and IIDTool can do it. |

Thanks for the replies, will have a look at the FORScan app. As for the wheels and tyres I think I have 4% increase in rolling circumference / rotations per mile over standard so can live with that. 2010 2.4 TDCI Puma Defender 90
