[Wanted] Cylinder head.

Hi there

This is for a mate in our landy group as you've seen on the " green lane day " thread

He is looking for a series 2a cylinder head for a 2 quarter petrol engine, it must be in good condition with no cracks in it. He is not one for going onto forums so i thought i would ask here for him if anyone would have one that they would like to sell or know someone who does

Over on LR4x4.com there looks to be currently 2 x 2.25L complete running engines for sale for £100 each. (I think you have to sign up in order to read the 'for sale' section)

Did your friend put a wanted ad on the s2 club forum a couple of weeks ago.
I offered one in response to a wanted ad and got no reply. I have since sold it to another s2 club member unfortunately.

I don't know if he did or not put a wanted ad on the S2, i will ask him and see, but it would be unlike him to not get back to you

Thanks for the link

He really wants just the head as he can have a good look to see if there are any cracks in it as your taking a chance buying the whole engine, which he knows from experience
