I have one piece ones on my Puma, fairly sure I got them from LR Parts (recall there was an option for original or aftermarket).

Have a few left in bags due to having bought a set of 20 but having locking nuts.

They have discoloured but have not swollen. JLR part number NRC7415 (same as the JGS part number pictured above).

Give them a spray with acf50 a few times a year and that will help prevent any corrosion .
