Oops - Wife not happy
We’ve just bought a 110, so am swapping all the goodies off our 90 before selling. One swap was the Startech steering wheel and Optimal quick release along with the Optimal swivel lock. So 110 is all done and she sets off to the shops. I settle down to watch the last race of Superbikes. Much later, it’s now dark and my phone rings, it’s the wife. She has put the swivel lock on, but I have forgotten to transfer the key from the 90’s key ring to the 110 key’s ring. So she is stuck in the car park. Shocked To make matters worse she states, hurry up as I need a wee and everything is closed. Needless to say I had to hightail it over to the car park to unlock the swivel lock. Key has now been transferred. Thumbs Up

Moral of the story, check everything when doing a job. Rolling with laughter

And you didn’t transfer the emergency wee bottle from the 90 to the 110?

And by that I am sure Screbble is also referring to the SheWee... As it goes hand in hand with the bottle. Rolling Eyes

A good one for you, My dad had jeep liberty before the defender, I happened to find a Locking wheel key that was practically knackered, that was in the sockets draw, when i was doing something with the metro. He said, ah its just a piece of junk, and threw it in the bin. A few months later, they needed to remove the rear wheel to get a replacement tyre on it. My dad asked me, you know where i put that the wheel lock? i said yeah, you threw it in the bin, Thumbs Up my dads face was like Shocked mam didn't half give him a roasting for that one Laughing Told him to double check with me and her before throwing stuff out, to make sure its not off anything. He got lucky though because the Jeep a different key for the other four wheels. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back
