If the base is $10k, and they keep the pricing similar for upgrades, then perhaps the 4x4 double cab as pictured earlier could be circa £20k in the UK. I expect there would be a lot of interest at that price.

Alas I can’t see Toyota selling at that price over hear even if they did bring it to the UK market as it would be undercutting their existing range of vehicles in that sector.

However it Just shows what can be done if you go back to basics.

They could, if they were allowed to sell like they presumably will do in Asia. For here it would need Airbags, ABS, ESC, adblue/DPf or GPF along with all manner of other things that would make it not so cheap any more. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

It has a utility appeal, less prone to damage and without too many rounded fancy painted panels to harm.
I can also see it being quite popular for farmers and ranchers.

Doubt it will be sold in OZ & NZ? But, if it was it would be quite popular I think and UTE’s are very popular there.

The US has their own, and with good reason for their own manufacturing and countries well being.
I do like Chevy, Dodge, GMC, and some Fords.
There is just something about an old skool classic 1980’s to 1995 1st gen Dodge Ram Mega cab with Cummins motor, the size, appeal, sound and power. Cool ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️
