2.4 battery light staying on and losing power.
Having electrical problems today! The battery light comes on after a few seconds after starting and then stays on, then randomly while driving the glow plug light comes on at the same time of losing engine power momentarily? Could anyone point me the direction of what to check first please.

On strange electrical problems checking the ground connectors to the chassis wouldn't go a miss.

Thank you, I did have the chassis treated two weeks ago, I wonder if this has caused any problems?

I would first measure the charging voltage (14+V) to rule out a faulty alternator, reduced battery voltage often leads to mysterious phenomena. It can also be the controller and the alternator still be in order.
Battery still OK?
