2010 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Galway Green

Water ingress coming from heat panel passenger side

Hi,
I have a dripping vent panel at the passenger side (bottom) , it's only happening when it has rained. I have a snow shield at the air inlet so that should not be the problem. Any other ideas where water can ingress into the heating system? It is purely rain water ( I don't have airco) Had:
Defender 90 TD5 2001 - 225.000 km
Defender 110 TD5 - 2000 - 120.000
Have:
Defender 90 Puma 2.4 2010 - 211.000 km

Suggest check the rubber duck bill valves in the air intake system for the heater. There are 3 of them and they tend to get blocked which results in your type of leakage

Hi, thanks for the input. I have a snow cover installed for the heater inlet to avoid water and dirt getting in

But I will check again, it looks to me that that is the only place where rainwater can ingress the heating sysytem. Had:
Defender 90 TD5 2001 - 225.000 km
