Postage methods?

Hey,

I've just tried searching as I'm sure I've seen a post about posting heavy items.

I'm buying a storage cubby from someone in London and wondering what the best postage method would be ( it would be going to Cardiff area)

Also anyone know the weight of the MSS box fully load I think?
