Hi all - current Halfords cover has given up the ghost - was ok for indoor storage but now the vehicle is outside I’m looking for something a bit more up to the job until I get the garage built! Anyone used or got one of these? Keen to order today plus they have additional 10% of today - every little helps!

Good point! This one has a fleece lining and my wagon is black which colour wise I love but it’s impossible with that colour as even the smallest of marks show up to those of us with OCD!!!!!

I built a cheap car port!
Six 4" posts concreted into the ground, some cross-members and then some thin clear plastic corrugated sheet on the roof. Built it 5 years ago for about £400 (could have built it cheaper but I did guttering and everything!!) and it's still going strong today. It's great because it's nice and bright so I do all my car and bike maintenance under the car port even on rainy days! I also find if I put a wet vehicle away in the garage it can still have water on it the next morning....The breeze under the car port dries things much better I could "dismantle" it in 5 mins with my chainsaw Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |
