Open the plastic cover, undo the nut, 13mm if I remember correctly, and then prise the arm off the splined shaft.
I use two open ended spammers to prise apart. |

As above. It is a 13mm flanged nut. You might require a wiper puller, they are not expensive and worth the money IMHO.

Wiper puller is a good tool to have.
But if caught in a pinch and need to remove a stuck wiper arm, I had good success using a mole grip (was successful on a very stubborn wiper arm). Just loosen the nut enough to have good clearance between the base of the nut and the wiper arm (1 to 2mm, but ensure still good thread connection). One jaw underneath the wiper arm, and one jaw on the nut.
