 2004 Defender 90 Td5 SW Keswick Green
lock barrel challenge
Hey all,

So I bought my TD5 defender 90 without a key for the doors (unknowingly, never needed 3 keys for one car before Laughing ), I have bought a kit from Masai 4x4 to change all barrels which comes complete with 2 door handles/3 barrels/1 ignition and 2 keys, I have changed the door handles with new barrels, will have the garage do the ignition (too scared to try myself, i started but became a little overwhelmed lol) but as I don't have a key I cannot remove the barrel from the back door lock, I have been trying to get a new back door lock unit but it is not easy over here in Tahiti, i will have to ship over, any ideas how to remove the barrel from what is otherwise a perfectly good lock so I can just put in the new barrel?

Thanks in advance

Verity
