Marmite moment! I dislike the a/c grill quite intensely, to me it looks as though someone couldn't fit the cooler pack in properly and bodged the front to fit (which is pretty much what happened). I much prefer the flat front look, ideally with a V8 grill.
Isn't it great that the old Defender makes it so easy for people with polar views to be happy.

Understand that, I hated it too, but grew to like it. Luckily I can enjoy both 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
