Passenger bumping head on pillar
This may sound unusual, but my partner, when sitting in the front passenger seat, has several times banged her head on the B pillar, in the area where the top seat belt mount is located. This seems to happen when there is a change of direction, or the camber on the road suddenly changes. Anything that causes a sudden, but modest, sideways movement of the car in normal driving can be enough to bring this about.

I have installed a soft foam pad to reduce the headaches!

Has anyone else experienced this?

Any comments much appreciated.

Can you move the seat forward so her head no longer contacts the B-pillar?

I have never had any of my passengers experience this? Is the approach to your home a rutted farm track?
