Lots of people on here (including me) have bought and are impressed/very happy with the LOF Performance kit. If you don't want to upgrade to a BBK, whether LOF's or a branded version such as Alcon, the LOF performance upgrade is as good as it gets. Of course you can buy the parts separately, but at the price it's simply easier to get the bundle. Add some braided hoses and some new fluid and you'll be more than happy if you've got a 2.4, whether stock or mapped. No need for a BBK unless you have a M57/V8 or want some big and red. But of course as the LOF kit comes with clean, new, dirt/oil free calipers, you can paint them yourself before fitting. Go for it. You won't be disappointed.  Monsieur Le Grenadier
