Meridian sound and surround - option code query

Good Morning,

Could someone advise what the option codes are for both the Meridian Sound and Surround systems please.

My wife's car shows '025LM Meridian Sound' as part of the Comfort & Convenience Pack, on the original order form (nothing is listed on the New Vehicle invoice apart from the pack) and I could have sworn that we ticked the box and paid for the surround upgrade.

However, based on the Meridian-only label on the door speakers, the lack of centre and rear surround speakers, and no surround option in the Audio settings, we clearly don't have it, which isn't actually that big a deal as we've been living with the base system, none-the-wiser, for a few months and thought it more than decent enough for our needs.

Just want to make sure I haven't paid LR for the surround upgrade, although I'm suspecting I haven't.
