Are you only looking for a trigger feed at the rear of the 110 or would one at the front work for you?

If you need the trigger near the front, then you could take it straight off the reverse switch on the gearbox, if you remove the panel between the front seats you should see it on the left side of the gearbox.
If its at the rear, then I would take it from the reverse light and run it up through the grommet like you said. |

Yes trigger at the rear. Will run it off the reverse light as advised.

Don't forget that doing this is technically illegal so you may want to add a switch to disable the lights as and when required. I've never heard of anyone getting hauled over the coals for it though.

I'm a bit of a belts and braces type of guy so I would only use the reverse feed to trigger a relay and not to actually power the lights.
Edit....If you swap the 20w reverse bulb for an LED one and are running LED work lights and the total pull is less than 20w then you should be ok not to run a relay...should |

The Mudstuff piggy back loom would make this easy to connect -

The reverse camera piggy back connector from MUD worked great. I had one bought for another job. Wish I had just done it this way sooner, spent ages trying to find one in the cab!
