MT82 gearbox / clutch change African style.
Henry the 110 has thrown another spanner in the works ( a week after rebuilding the rear LSD!)
The gearbox is rattling like a skeleton breakdancing in a biscuit tin! Sixth gear is un-useable & we have ordered a re-con box from SA & a complete clutch kit & master from LOF ( thanks to Luke at LOF)

Question is is there any shortcuts ( easier way) of changing it out? Will be done on the floor, it’s going to be a pain as the diesel heater under the cubby will have to come out as well.

Been reading my trusty Haynes manual & seems quite straight forward.

Think they’re actually easier to do on a Tdci than a Tdi or td5 in my opinion.
