Bodyshop recommendations - Essex / SE
It's coming to the time where I need to bite the bullet and get my 90 painted. It's not 'too' bad but certainly could do with a freshen up..

Does anyone have any recommendations of bodyshops in or around Essex who can undertake this sort of vehicle? Nervous just going to any old painter who perhaps doesn't know the correct prep etc to help delay the corrosion issues...

Still looking for a bodyshop for my 90! Quotes have so far been £5.5-&£6k but most people i have spoken to just dont want to work on defenders?

If anyone has any other recommendations I'd appreciate it

Try Luke at Jones Body Shop:

Have used him for my Defender and he is very good. Really takes pride in his work and a nice person to deal with as well.
He has the proper paint booth and equipment.

Only downside is you have to book well in advance.
