intermitent check engine light and constant power loss 2.4.
Hey guys, I am making a new thread hoping someone can shed some light .. I am getting intermitent check engine light with the following codes:

P0091-12 Low tension on the fuel pressure regulator control circuit.
P1169-00 Pressure of sensor in fuel rail high buy withing limits.
P0088-09 Pressure of system or fuel rail system very high.
P0089-7a Functioning of the fuel pressure regulator.

The light turns on for about 10 minutes onces every couple of days, however, i have a constant power loss, the feeling is the car has no boost although you can hear the turbo spooling, at 4rth gear at the highway i cannot get past 3k rpm. I have also notice a cloud of black smoke sometimes while accelerating. Things i have already done:

Replaced VCV with genuine replacement.
Checked thoroughly no leaks in the boost pipes/intercooler split.
Checked, cleaned and lubed turbo actuator.
Detached turbo air inlet pipe and checked shaft spools freely, also run a can of cleaner.
changed fuel filter, air filter and oil filter.
visually inspercted and cleaned all conections of wiring harness.
Removed and cleaned EGR, it does make the noise of the cleaning cycle when car shuts done.
checked turbo psi with OBD and it goes up to 16 when accelerating.

What can i do next? would you try and replace any conection of wiring harness? fuel injectors? Fuel rail sensor? also does anyone now of a iphone app that can monitor fuel rail pressure with a bluetooth obd? I am lost, would really apreciate some help.
