On a friends tomcat that had a Td5 in it, he had a misfire now and again. It would go away of its own accord.

I took the rocker cover off, cleaned up the harness plugs where they clip onto the injectors (what a stupid design that means the plugs are full of oil! I guess other manufacturers do this as well?)

Anyway, slightly bent the pins on the injectors and slightly squeezed in the recepticals on the plugs so they were a nice tight fit, and the problem went away.
