Friends of mine organise tractor road runs and steam fair’s and have put me off organising events due to insurance, then to cover the cost of the insurance you have to charge and that then opens another can of worms, I’m not saying this is 100% but it’s put me off.
Id love to have meet up once a fortnight especially as the weather is so nice at the moment, then if people can’t make it it’s not long for another

You may be better saying that you are going to be at a certain place at a certain time and if anyone wants to meet you for a chat it’s on them??

We are at the lynton and lynnouth classic this weekend hopefully be a few Landrover

I saw the foxy bean cafe in great wood had a load of series visit them so I’m sure they are happy to accept groups

Maybe set up a Facebook page (private group) to keep up to date and through ideas around

I did see a group of series Landrovers the other month drive up over the Quantocks I wondered where they met up.

Maybe we could meet there as a starter, just set a date and see who turns up? I know jst kindly offered access to some land offroad as well. If FB is easier for people happy to setup a group.
