Nobody then.
lt must be a USA thing, maybe only affecting LHD versions? |

it would be interesting to understand the origin of the defect, here in Italy I saw a defender with a DRL failure, it could be a condensation problem, or excessive temperature (there is a fan inside the headlight) or who knows what else… .

Had our near side front headlight replaced under warranty due to the Halo DRL failing,
work was done 3 weeks ago when it was being serviced.. so add Australia 🇦🇺 to the list yet another pommie bar steward down under MY20 110 P400 SE Defender MY10 3.0 RR Sport |

on my 2020, the passenger side DRL died a couple of months ago. The day before it was replaced at the dealer, the drivers side died. So I went from one side dead to the other side dead for months, since the driver side won't be available until July.
Fortunately, both under warranty, given the absolutely absurd cost for a headlight and complete lack of serviceability. 2020 SE First Edition 2004 Disco2 1986 110 V8 1971 Series IIa 88” |

ln the U.K. there's already a company offering headlamp units for a fraction of the LR price. l imagine LHD versions will soon be added to their catalogue.
lnterestingly they seem to be manufactured by the same company who make the OE headlamps. |
