I used the CTEK battery connector thingie with the 'traffic light' socket on it, and managed to pull it through the grommet that the heated seat wire comes through (it you have them?).
I remember it being a tight squeeze - I might have even removed one of the connectors to do it.
Only problem is that it is a bit short - I have to dig around at the back of the seat to find it - I'll get around to extending it one day! Would be good to bring it into the cubby box.

I do have them so that's a good idea, I have the 56-261 which is 43cm with M8 eyelet size (3/8"), would this work or I need a different size eyelet? The led one (56-382) looks like it's 56cm. For the length I was thinking I could get the extension unless they make a longer one with eyelet.

A CTEK pig tail out of the seat box into the cabin is exactly how I've done it on my last two Pumas. then tail the lead out of the corner of one of the front doors - the doors are flexible and the seals spongy enough to allow the cable out between the door and body for you not to worry about chopping the cable in half when you shut the door...

I might get around to fitting 13pin electrics at some point so I can use my CTEK trailer lead too...

Thank you guys, and wow I didn't know it was Martin that made those connectors, too bad I don't have that option, it would have been so helpful.
At this point the easiest way is to use the CTEK connector to the battery and have the pigtail come out of the seat, wondering how other users have done it. I was trying to avoid drilling holes.

Did you also go through the grommet for the heated seat cable?

No, but I’ll reroute it tomorrow so it does! I just fed it between the lid and the seat box…

The photo you uploaded is the tow socket adapter (copy of mine, but anyway) but it requires the additional 7 pin (12S) socket with the extra wiring connections.

Hi Martin, I bought one of your tow socket adapter some 7 or 8 years ago for our discovery, our puppy took a fancy to it and decided to eat it thankfully the charger was switched off. Do you still sell these for the ctek charger?

Regards,

Chris.
