If you really want to add them, maybe consider looking into the side marker lights that are integrated into the black plastic arches as standard on all Defenders sold here in the states. Not sure if you already have the wiring, but if so, would be an easy add.

I think if you really want side markers it would have to be the American spec built in to the wheel arches. Expensive option here but I think it may be mandatory across the pond.
