Front Turrets.

Hello all,
My 110 currently has a 2" lift. I'm fitting new +2" fox shocks in a next week. Was going to change the turrets whilst at it. Would you recommend standard height or +2" turrets.

If you don’t then you will have to fit bigger bump stops which in turn, could depending on your springs, end up hitting over bumps and speed humps. Uncomfortable and jarring.

You will still have to fit bigger bump stops, or a spacer, but the ride will be more comfortable.

I would recommend heavy duty spring retainers as the studs on the original have a habit of snapping when you don’t have them

Spring compressors are useful for lowering the height of the spring to get the retainer out then in again, BUT don’t trust your fingers on them if not removing the spring entirely, handle the retainer with long pliers or mole grips.

Going back to my first line, you want +2 to enable the damper to do its job, both to move up and down. If you keep to the original heights turret the only (more) movement it down, again not comfortable and may lead to damage.
