Defender 90 project - first one!
Afternoon, I thought I would introduce myself and my new 90 pick up, my first Defender.

I’ve been on a spending spree and have the following waiting to go on.

Black wolf wheels
BF Goodridge KM3 265/75/16
Black Nakatanenga Heritage Grill
Startech steering wheel
Defender upgrades Double Din Fascia Plate

Also a fair amount of other parts but will leave it at that for now!

The cab roof, wheels, seats, steering wheel and tonneau cover will all be up for sale shortly

That’s a nice looking truck and the customisation potential is endless 👍
Looking forward to seeing and reading more.

I’d be tempted to get that chequer plate off the rear crossmember if you can without causing any damage and having a closer look - just in case - certainly before you fit the lovely heritage mudflaps Thumbs Up

Do not worry the first thing that is coming off is that horrible chequer plate!! It’s booked into a local bodyshop to have a few bits sorted - gloss black arches and headlight surrounds, double din centre console painted body colour, the rear cross member and tow bay assembly repainted matt black and any other bits touched up as needed.

yeah the removeable boss is a must, i often wonder if my old one would have been here still, if i had bought one of those rather than the disklok. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Thanks! It’s a great colour for sure, a lot of work took place yesterday, will get some photos up later on.
