Spectre Arches
Hi all,

Has anybody fitted spectre spats to their defender, if so were they easy enough to do and they go down to the bottom of the wing or to the bottom of the sill?

Thanks in advance

Tried them on mine. Unless you go mega wide they dont look right imo. Im om 285/75 tyres with 30mm spacers.

agree with above. You've got to go BIG on the tyres (37+) for them to look right.

I'm on 35's and went for the terrafirma +50mm jobbies.

Thank you both,

I'm thinking 35" BF Goodrich KM3's and yes 50mm spacers. Camelman are you running the same set up?

Same as 35s, 315/75/16. On a 16x10 wheel with et-32 so no wheel spacers required.

It looks great.

I’ve got some Boost wheels that I’m thinking either Matt black or gloss but these will require spacers. Hopefully once it’s all done I’ll get some pics up.

Are they standard 16x7 boosts? They're too narrow to fit a 35inch tyre as they're 12.5 inches wide.
You'll probably need a 16x10 wheel.

Yes standard boost alloys. No big deal if they don't fit as a friend has offered some Mach 5's which I wouldn't mind.

265's with a 30mm spacer on std boosts will fit under a std wheel arch.

Not sure if a 285 is recommended for a boost alloy?

Many people have run 285s on Boosts for years without problems (other than negotiating tight corners of course), but you are right in that manufacturers won't recommend this size for Boosts.

Looks great, do you have a link to your build? Or some info on mods? I’m currently looking at 33”s or 35”s would love the 35”s but unsure if to much strain in drivetrain/bearings etc. Mines purely for laning and doing some long camping trips so not “to” Fussed about the ride.

Morning folks.

I'm on with fitting Spectre arches to my 110.

I purchased them from LR parts, they seem decent quality besides the screws provided.

What have folks done about the 'gap' on the front inner wing?

I'm fitting 37" trepadors.

TIA 👍🏻

I kept the original wheel arches and basically trimmed the outer arch off with a stanley knife.
The wider arches were then fitted
