Futuranet after sales support

After countless attempts through emails, and calls, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone at Futuranet.

Does any one here have the program so I may make changes to the calibrations?

My fuel gauge goes empty when I am full, as it is out of range. Needs to be adjusted so it runs flawlessly.

Martin,

Its been almost two months since this statement. We had a brief conversation on whatsapp, the again, ghosted me.

This is after sales support for your product, I am not askin to fix the blinkin clock display, nor the missing handbrake light, nor the hangin blinker notification, just the fuel gauge issue. Can't leave well enough alone

Being hard to get a hold of is one thing, eventually in a timely manner both parties finally get in touch and the task is finished. You have crossed the line and now is just being unprofessional.

Its been too long with too many excuses to recall.

I have your interface adapter, just need the software and file to correct my issue and move along. Can't leave well enough alone
