Invest in a good 4T floor jack with a minimum height of 22" or higher.
Jacking points a fine and safe to use. The new floor jacks have a double plunger/cilinder and jack up very quickly. They also use a cardan coupling instead of gears which are proned to wear quickly. I use a bottle jack, because a trolley jack canโt be used in all situations as it depends what the ground surface is. But if you have a solid floor garage or something like that then a trolley jack is faster and easier.
In an ideal world having both would be ideal, but as I said depends on situation. Each one has its different positives and negatives. No Guts, No Glory.
