Nice truck dude, does anyone know how the rear floor space compares with a 90?

IIRC the load area is the same size as an 88" series tub so a bit less than a 90 (based on the fact that an Ifor top from an 88" fits a Defender 110 DC). John

Wife took her test in a 90 pick up (not the same but similar!) and so that was our most used vehicle.

I soon discovered that an untethered surfboard will NOT stay in the back when driving at 60ish... one snapped board, one red face... DOH!

Probably similar in the above?!

oooh expensive!!!

Mind my surfboard is 10 years + old now & I'd probably sink it rather than surf the waves!!! Lol

TBH it was a blessing in disguise. It was a very trick looking South African board but in UK waves, it was a pig to surf on. Got my usual shaper to make me another and it was a godsend.

We found the board in the middle of the road about two miles from where I realised it had gone - OOPS! Luckily it was out of season Cornwall so no one else drove past it.

We've got a late 60s Rod Sumpter longboard in the pool room. Probably quite valuable but massive and weighs more than our 110 I think!! Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.
