I'm pretty sure it will fit. It's fixed on with four screw at the top of the grille on the slam panel and two larger torx bolts, one in each of the two bottom corners, which go into speed nuts in the metal side cowling.

None of these are actually attached to any of the aircon components so I don't think it really matters if the aircon is present or not.
