Thank you for that. As I would be fitting different doors than those already on the 90 it would be hard to know what I would need and be able to reuse until I got the doors. That is why I was considering the "all in" option. I was doing some research on the supplier and I found this thread on this forum.
The customer and some others had a bad experience with the products and the company. Your post is a more positive view on the products. Not sure yet whether the project is a runner yet. The existing doors are still O.K. but the Puma doors are such a big step up comfort wise.

Just fitted a set of the SP doors below to our 300tdi, You can re use most of the stuff on your existing doors, as long as they are in good nick and don't break on disassembly. I would agree with above allow for new handles and glass channel.
I use this guy on ebay for glass channel - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254383943080

And You will need the brackets to fit your internals to the Sp doors.

Internet forums on any topic don't tend to contain input from the silent majority. Bad service is sadly a greater motivation for forum comment. My experience of SP and their products was very good and I suspect that to be normal - it just doesn't make the headlines.

I take it onboard the positive experiences mentioned above with the company. My daughter's doors on the 90 300 tdi are still in good shape but I think that upgrading to Puma doors would be nice upgrade for her. She has not complained about draughts etc but they are there. It is her daily car used for everything and she loves it. Anyway I have some thinking to do.
SP do seem to offer a good one stop shop for the doors.
Thank you to all who contributed. If I pursue this further I will post on here. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel
